Pharos is the Arcana of Death. Here’s how you can you build his Social Link.
One thing you can do is build up Social Links. One Social Link can be done with Aigis, who represents the Aeon Arcana. If you want to max out this Social Link and unlock the Metatron Persona (one of the best in the game), here’s a guide to help you out.

How To Unlock Aigis & Availability
Aigis doesn’t have any prerequisites or requirements in order to start a Social Link with her. Instead, you will just need to meet with her on January 8th to unlock the Social Link. Once you have done that, she is available Monday through Saturday after school, making her a super easy person to reach. (Which is great since it is nearing the end of the game.) You will be able to find her on the second floor of the school in the classroom.
You won’t have long to reach max Social Link with Aigis, so make sure to bring an Aeon Persona with you.
