Xbox Series X/S is ramping up its promotional efforts for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, this time with an Indy-themed dynamic background. The iconic adventurer’s posture in the background sets the right tone for a fan base anxious about the title’s release next week.

As seen in Klobrille’s tweet, the dynamic background shows the protagonist entering a cave with raindrops trickling off the entrance. The simple animation is both functional and cinematic, offering a subtle yet impactful visual appeal on the Xbox dashboard.

How To Access The Indiana Jones Dynamic Background

Go to Settings > General > Personalization > My Background > Dynamic Backgrounds > Games tab. The Indiana Jones and the Great Circle background should be the first option on the list.

The Xbox Series X/S has 47 other free dynamic backgrounds based on the franchise and 75 overall.

Other recent promotional efforts for the action-adventure game include a 14-minute gameplay experience, an exciting launch trailer, and day-one accessibility for millions of Game Pass subscribers.

The protagonist will use Harrison Ford’s likeness and Troy Baker’s voice in the upcoming game. MachineGames offers an international narrative, further enriching the experience with aspects like Tony Todd’s posthumous contribution.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is slated for a December 9, 2024, release for Xbox Series X/S, Game Pass, and PC. PS5 fans will have to wait until Spring 2025 to enjoy the blockbuster.
