Persona 3 Reload has many requests given by Elizabeth for players to complete. These requests act as side quests that range in difficulty to complete but give the player additional rewards that can be new costumes or powerful weapons and healing items to use in the Dark Hour.

Many of these requests revolve around showing Elizabeth more about the real world by bringing her various items from around town. Earlier requests will simply have players purchase an item and bring it to Elizabeth, while requests such as number 38 require players to do more.
Where To Get Chilled Taiyaki
To get Chilled Taiyaki, players will first need to go to Club Escapade at night and speak to the informant who sits in the back right of the club. Purchase the School X Site Note before heading back to the dorm and visiting that site on the Shared Computer.
After visiting that site, head to the first-floor main hall of the school and speak to the School Store Vendor along the left side, who is now selling Lukewarm Taiyaki for 200 yen. Next, head back to the dorm, place the Lukewarm Taiyaki in the refrigerator in the kitchen on the first floor, and leave it there for a day. Interacting with the fridge any following day will give the player Chilled Taiyaki, which can be given to Elizabeth to complete the request.

Rewards For Request 38
Giving Elizabeth the Chilled Taiyaki will reward players with one Nihil Cloth. This is a fusion material that should be taken to Mayoido Antiques and fused into either a new piece of armor of shoes for a party member. Fused gear may not always have the best base stats when compared to other gear, but the bonus abilities will often have more uses than simply a higher defense or dodge rate.
Fusing powerful weapons will require players to get heart items from fused Personas. Even some of the strongest Personas have a heart item that is worth the effort to get.
